MORE ABOUT SG 52 KAYAKING
Hi there! I am Eddy from 1derlust Ptd Ltd, a tour agency which amalgamates travelling with outdoor experience. During the GetActive! Singapore week, when there are a line-up of events such as competitions, crowd-sourced activities and sports festivals to celebrate National Day, my company plans to roll out a series of activities at Pasir Ris Beach on the 5th and 6th August 2017. These activities include sunrise & sunset kayaking experience, Stand-up Paddling try-outs, mini kayaking race and a record breaking 52-man seater kayaking experience. I have a unique fleet of kayaks which can be easily detached and reattached within seconds and can accommodate from one to as many participants as wish that allows for this unique experience. Online signup is based on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
These activities are part of my company’s social responsibility to contribute back to the society & also in celebration of the GetActive! Singapore week. As such, interested parties who are keen to participate in any of the above-mentioned paddling activities will have to contribute any amount to their preferred beneficiaries listed on this platform. All monies collected will be channelled FULLY to the respective beneficiaries thereafter. Tax deductions may be applicable. Please note that there will be NO collection of physical cash on the actual days of the event so as to ensure accountability and transparency. ALL donations will have to be made via this website. Doing good deeds can bring untold amounts of happiness; both for the recipient and the benefactor. Nobody loses when it comes to kindness.
However, should you wish to participate in these activities without donating, we still welcome you. See you on the 5 & 6 August 2017. Do be reminded that a online pre-registration is required.
TOP donors that donate generously as well as those who have made a donation will stand a chance to be shortlisted to participate in the forming of the longest kayak in Singapore on the 6 August 2017 @ 10am @ Pasir Ris Park - SG52 seater kayak. This amazing fit will then be documented under the SINGAPORE GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORD.
We will have the details of the shortlisted participants taking part in the record breaking event listed on our facebook and webpage on the 5 August 2017 morning. Stay tune, donate generously & let's get active Singapore!
